By submitting this form, I represent that I am the legal guardian of the individual named above and hereby consent to the individual participating in activities sponsored by Budding Chefs LLC. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budding Chefs and any related facilities, against any loss, damage, liability and expense as a result of the individual participating in any Budding Chefs activities. I acknowledge that participating in activities may involve certain inherent risks and I agree to assume all such risks. Budding Chefs reserves the right to use any photographs or video taken in conjunction with any Budding Chefs activities. (Pictures and/or short videos of classes are posted on social media for parents and students to enjoy; no names are posted though sometimes a first name on an apron will be visible.
