What will my child do in class?
Students will learn about kitchen safety while mixing, measuring, pouring, and stirring, using a variety of kitchen tools while creating delicious recipes. In the process, they will practice listening skills, following directions, working on motor skills, and learn respect and teamwork in the kitchen. They will learn how to read and follow a recipe, as well as table setting, serving, and cleaning up. Older students will learn knife skills, how to read labels, and plan meals.
